I love the eye doctors and techs but I am giving them this rating because I have made 3 separate attempts (over a 3 week period) to talk to the office manager about what I think is a mistake in my bill. Each time I am told Jennifer will call me back that day but I have never received a call.
They are outstanding and I recommend anyone to go see them. My cataract surgery was perfect.
My husband Buddy was seen here yesterday for an urgent issue with his eye. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Saumur saw him, and went above and beyond to find out what the issue was, and even caught something else his optometrist did not. I see people complaining about wait times, but due to my experience, it seems to be because the doctors care about their patients and take their time looking into the issues instead of shuffling patients in and out of the office. My mom has always had great care here.
I found the entire staff to be very helpful and kind. I am trying to wear contacts and have not had much success. They have been more than helpful! Amy, Amanda and Dr Ray have been fantastic. My experience has been wonderful.
