Stopped in to look at a Kubota 2320 that was still crated. Jim Wise said he'd call the next week when it was put together so we could come look at it and purchase if I liked it. We called several times, Jim or anyone else never returned our calls. Horrible customer service. They missed out on a 16K cash sale....idiots.
If you’re looking to buy something new wise is fine, but if you’re looking for parts you are better off going on line. I had to find the part I needed on line and give wise the part number for them to find it in there system and a bit over priced. But there not wanting to look things up and try to help the customer is amazing. I hope they treat you better. Gary O.
RecommendedJust bought my second mower from wise, Great, and honest people down home folks. I don’t know if I could have beat their price ,,,,, but you can’t put a price on honesty or integrity, I’ll never go anywhere else.
As a long time John Deere owner i am very happy with wise equipment, willing to negotiate and and service is great, i would recommend them to anyone !
ordered a deck for my lawnmower and its been 3 weeks called several times and was told i was shipped and found out it was never shipped and was on back order. now told it was shipped and should be here this week all i ask is for a simple phone call to let me know something. if i dont not need the deck i would cancel it and try to get it elsewhere i will never order form them again. like i stated a phone call is all it would have taken i would have been happy

Great bunch of people! Got me mower in and out by the time I needed it and also very quickly got me the price quotes on some new equipment while I was there picking up my mower. Btw my mower runs like a top now! Thanks everyone at Wise Equipment.
