I recently requested new service with Wise Electric Co-Op as they were the only option in the area. So far I have found the representatives knowledgeable enough when asking specific questions but it seems of the four or five times I have called them I have found their customer service experience to be short, discourteous and generally unpleasant. I cannot believe no one has reviewed Wise Electric. When we moved to the country, this was one of the best things that ever happened to us! Everybody is fantastic, be it the office staff or the line crews. Our service rarely goes out and when it does, it takes very little time for them to restore it. You are not just a customer to them, you are a member and it makes all the difference in the world. When you call in the middle of the night with a power outage, you get a real person that answers the phone. The people that work... read more

there website is hard to pull up, when you have a power outage and call it in, after you give your address, they hang up on you without any verbal acknowlegement.
