I have brought 2 of my 4 children here so far and will be back with the other two! The staff here is so kind and the hygienists and dentists take care to ensure for an anxiety-free experience for my children. They showed genuine compassion for the individual needs of my children and took the time to make the experience my kids had at the dentist a fearless one. I am very thankful to this staff for how they operate their business and look forward to bringing my children there for years to come.

I am Dr. Crisp's biggest fan. I only wish I could have had him as a dentist when I was a child. I don't even think this man could ever be mean or get aggravated. My daughter and son love him. They also love the hygienist. They are so nice and calm with my two children. My son was just sedated Friday to have some cavities filled and after the procedure he took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in great detail. Discriminated against me due to disability. Were insulting and very discriminatory. Threatened me when I asked to speak to a employer.
For a dentist that specializes in children, Heather Wise tortured my 5 year old child by not only refusing to believe him when he said he could feel her drilling, but also by continuing to drill. What should have been a simple matter of giving my son more Novocaine turned into a wrestling match between my son, the dentist, and a member of the staff who held my son down while Dr. Wise continued to drill. My twin four year old boys love going to the dentist because of this place. Bluegrass makes going to the dentist fun and enjoyable for kids and makes things super uber easy for parents. I definitely recommend this place for all children. The facility is clean, the staff are patient and friendly, and the extra touches (video games/ TV waiting room/prizes/stickers) go along way in making my kids experience to the dentist great!

IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD. I WOULD NOT GO HERE EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST DENTIST IN THE STATE. THE STAFF WAS TERRIBLE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAD A LONG WAIT TIME EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I WAITED 30 MINUTES ON MY FIRST VISIT AND 40 MINUTES ON MY SECOND VISIT. NO NEW TECHNOLOGY. AND A DOG WAS RUNNING ARROUND THE OFFICE, ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE. I WAS ALSO OVER CHARGED, AND IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH...HAHA... TO RECIEVE MY REFUND.
