I have been here twice - first time around it was great however second time around I was ripped off. I went in for a filling and got charged over $800!!! 1. The doctor took two different X-rays even though only one was required since we already knew which tooth needed filling (chipped filling) and I wasn’t there for general checkup. 2. The doctor put in the anesthetic THEN went and quoted me so am not sure what I was supposed to do then if I didn’t agree with price since I was already numb. 3. I had an extraction done by Dr Jackleen and I’m very happy with the experience. She was gentle, professional and explained everything clearly before and during the procedure. I was nervous beforehand, but she made me feel very comfortable. The extraction was much easier than I expected. Highly recommend Dr Jackleen
I had a great experience at Wise Dental with Dr Jackleen Soghmonian. She is very experienced and excellent at what she does. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable and took great care throughout my treatment. I would highly recommend her!
Jag och min vän gick in på wise dental för att be om en undersökning av min väns tandkött. De svarade att det är gratis om man har en hälsoförsäkring och gjorde en komplett undersökning med röntgen osv. Efter allt är klart säger de dock att man behöver ett försäkringskort, något de inte nämnt tidigare. Dem tog inget ansvar för missvisande information och berättade att vi behövde betala 249AUD, annars skulle de ringa polisen. Riktigt dålig kundservice och otroligt otrevlig och nonchalant ägare.
