Kole came out and performed the seasonal unit checks. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Took care of what needed to be taken care of without any unnecessary upselling. That’s always appreciated and why I like Wise Cooling & Heating so much. Highly recommend.

I haven't received a call from these folks for my annual maintenance. They are usually good about that stuff. Not sure if they got so big that they don't care about the small residential folks like me. Hope they see this second review! This family owned business is what is right with small business. Great customer service, very thorough and didn’t leave one bit of trash after the job. Commercial or residential HVAC work give them a call and support small local Arizona businesses!
