Needed a key fob programmed and cut. The customer service staff got me right in and took care of it. This dealership and service department is super small comparatively speaking. But, with that said, since they are a small dealership, it seems they offer a more personalized experience unlike a big box store. Dakota was very friendly along with the service manager. I’ll definitely go back.
