Jeff and Nicki Mitchell were THE BEST to work with when I was needing to sell my home and downsize close by. They made the process as smooth as possible, despite a few setbacks. If you are looking for a more personal, hands on approach in working with a realtor--I highly suggest working with them!
I recently worked with Jeff to sell my home. He helped to connect me with contractors to complete some project first, which took a lot of pressure off of me. He made sure things moved quickly and smoothly once I was ready to put the house on the market, and Nicki provided valuable input for staging my house.
Jeff has been helping my family for the past 10 years. A few family members bought their homes via him Everyone has been extremely happy with their experience. He helped me with my first house. Lived there for a few years then sold it and got another one. Jeff was with me for the whole ride. Unparalleled pleasant experience.
We have bought and sold a few properties in our lifetimes. So we know our experience with this realtor wasn't normal. He was a part-time mostly-virtual agent in our experience. Agent response is very dishonest. Extreme negative experience. Definitely do not recommend. Many other choices available.
Buying a home can be a difficult process, but having the right people around can make a world of difference. Working with Jeff and Nicki was a wonderful experience. He is very knowledgeable and always had our best interests in mind. My wife and I never felt pressure to buy anything that didn't make sense to for our family. Instead, we were provided with a lot of great advice to make decisions when submitting an offer. Working with Jeff and Nicki is truly a wise choice!
