I am so saddened to say that my 12 spa gift certificate ($100) that I gave my daughter that doesn't expire until 12/2014 and the facial gift certificate I got from my friend recently as a gift may not be fulfilled as I have not received any response from Wise By Nature Wellness Center & Spa owners as to full-filling or refunding my money requests nor did I get any help from the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce or Rely Local.
