After seeing part in the yard in the rain I called the owner and asked him to remove and check the part. It was rated 000 for damage and was assured by the owner that he personally cleaned and checked part for damage and it was clean. When delivered, it had not been cleaned from the yard mud. upon cleaning, I contacted Mr. Wise and offered to send him a picture of the dent and paint damage.
