Absolutely fantastic people to work with 5 stars easily
John collected several application fees for a place he was renting, and had them all sent to Wise air where the applications would be processed. He never ran the credit and does not debate that. He never asked for follow up pay stubs, bank statements, or anything. He made promises to call back, and never did. Then when the people ask why, he says there was no need to run credit because the applicants were in legal trouble. The legal trouble was a lie.
