Been trying to reach them for weeks, sat through The Longest Voicemail Prompt of All Time several times because they won’t return calls. For folks who spend all their time around wisdom teeth, they act pretty dumb
been trying to call this place again and again everyday for 2 weeks trying to get an appt. Left plenty of voicemails with no response. joke of a department. how can they said my wisdom teeth removal is an emergency but don’t hear from them for weeks!
Same problem as other reviewers, received referral 4 months ago, have called 15 times, left 7 messages and they won't answer or return call or schedule an appointment. Completely unprofessional, will be making a complaint with the medical board, unacceptable.
Cannot get these people to respond to my calls. I understand they are busy, but they should at least call back when a person is in pain and needs help as soon as possible.
Why do they have a 4 minute voicemail just to say that they will return your call in 90-100 business days. What a joke of a medical establishment.
