Came om with my aunt today to get my toes and a new set of nails. They started on my aunt (quite roughly i may add) and then as I was sitting there i was ignored 3 times for people who came in after me. The first time the girl told her I was here first and the worker gave me a dirty look and said "no" and took her. This then happened two more times before I decided not to get them done here. I will go across the street when my aunt is done. Very poor customer service!!!!
Kim and the crew are the best!!! I have been going to Kim for years, and will follow her where she goes.
