The staff at Wisdom Eldercare are absolutely wonderful. We used Wisdom for several months to help us with our dad. They do such a good job with communicating, all calls, texts and questions are addressed immediately- even on the weekends. The staff is professional but they are also compassionate and caring. From the initial contact with the owner to the scheduler, and finally, to the daily contact with the caregiver, EVERYTHING was smooth sailing. My parents have complex care needs, and Wisdom was able to deliver on short notice. Most importantly, our family really likes our caregiver who was willing to jump right in and fit in. Both so important!
