Same people who ran/owned Chicago Window Pros, own this place. They installed windows at my residence incorrectly. Not even 2.5 years later, we are having to take the windows out and have them redone because they did not flash or weather proof them properly. They specialize in replacement windows that utilize the existing frame. Main issue with that is the only barrier against water intrusion is a bead of caulk around the window, the installation pictures they "proudly" post verify this. I would say the window experience for me was a very stressful one as I think I had about 15 different contractors give me bids. I was trying to get the best window for the best price, but also didn't want to sacrifice quality. Jody came out to my house to look at my job and give me a price.
