Kristine H. was SO kind and helpful. She made the process smooth and easy. Kristine was very knowledgeable! I would definitely go to her again in the future! Second Visit! Alex was phenomenal and helped me every step of the way! She was patient and made me very comfortable. Overall a great experience and I will continue to come to the Waukesha location in the future.
Literally got there before they closed, the door was already locked. Came to pick up my glasses. Lady opened the lock door and refused to give me my glasses that I already paid for. Bad business.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses at the East Sunset Drive location in Waukesha I went back after one week to make an appointment for adjustments. I walked in the store 5 minutes before closing. I was not expecting any service at all I just wanted to make an appointment. I dealt with Alli and Katie. They said there is no reason to make an appointment they would take care of it right now.
