I ordered new glasses after cataract surgery. Desi (I am not sure of the spelling of her name)walked me through my order. She did a great job of explaining all of the options. She was very friendly and professional.
Great selection of glasses. The staff at the store in Waukesha was very welcoming. The manager was knowledgeable about options that best suited me. I had to return for a better fit and there was no problem with that.
Desi did a wonderful job adjusting my glasses! They would not stay up on my nose. She took the time to make the changes necessary for me to enjoy my glasses:)
Today Liz helped me out with my glasses and she was super kind! I hope she can help me out next time as well!
Desi was a complete joy! Everyone was at this location. She helped get all 4 of us in and out. She was respectful, knew her job and loved the entertainment my kids gave to all of them.
