Alex was phenomenal and helped me every step of the way! She was patient and made me very comfortable. Overall a great experience and I will continue to come to the Waukesha location in the future. Third visit was super quick and helpful. Laura fixed my glasses during my walk in visit. Katie and Desi were welcoming and friendly faces! Will return!!
Very friendly environment and staff. Had the most thorough eye exam. Katie was awesome helping me pick out frames and taking me through the entire process. Can't wait to get my new glasses!!

Literally got there before they closed, the door was already locked. Came to pick up my glasses. Lady opened the lock door and refused to give me my glasses that I already paid for. Bad business.
Casey was very helpful in picking out the right frames for my face. I felt comfortable working with him. Thank you!!
