I had such a great experience! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. A special thank you to Desi for all your help—and especially for all the laughs! You truly made the experience that much more enjoyable.
I ordered new glasses after cataract surgery. Desi (I am not sure of the spelling of her name)walked me through my order. She did a great job of explaining all of the options. She was very friendly and professional.
Great selection of glasses. The staff at the store in Waukesha was very welcoming. The manager was knowledgeable about options that best suited me. I had to return for a better fit and there was no problem with that.
Desi did a wonderful job adjusting my glasses! They would not stay up on my nose. She took the time to make the changes necessary for me to enjoy my glasses:)
Today Liz helped me out with my glasses and she was super kind! I hope she can help me out next time as well!
