Ordered glasses 1 month ago we live out of state but own home in Kenosha wi. Came into pick up glasses. Mine done husband's glasses done. Paid for the second set 50 percent off sunglasses. Not done will have to wait not here till next week. Thats 6 weeks ! Wouldn't go back but they take our insurance
Grace was extremely professional and helpful. She was able to provide me with detailed quotes for my glasses and the cost for extra features. Mr. Adler was also very friendly and thorough with the eye exam.
Angie and the staff of the Kenosha Wisconsin Vision are amazing at what they do ! The customer service here is impeccable ! Even after dealing with a very difficult customer like myself.They saved the day for me by getting me much needed emergency contacts .During the crazy times we are going through ,with most other providers being closed,Angie even followed up with me later to make sure I was still doing okay and had enough contacts to get by with!
