Terrible Service, Incompetent Employees/Doctor – I went to WI Vision to update my contacts and get new glasses. The first problem was that when they called to say my glasses were in, they also told me they forgot to charge me a $40 contact fitting fee, which I was never told about at the initial exam. I went after work (6:00) to get my glasses and they were closed, even though the website and the hours on the door clearly stated 7pm. Best eye doctor this side of river – Spectacular! Don't waste your time with other Doctors. Paul will get it right the first time and you'll feel comfortable in his beautiful office. They even have magazines I actually want to read and aren't 10 years old -- too bad I've never had to wait long enough to finish an article! I do have to mention that one of the women in his office should really cut back on the use of perfume.
