I visited the Wauwatosa store December 2024 for an eye exam. I was told by the doctor I didn't need glasses to drive. I had always been near sighted so I was surprised. When I questioned that, he said, " you'ld pass a DMV test". Over the next couple months I still felt i needed glasses though. Three months later i had to take my DMV eye test and i failed. I damaged my Ray Ban sun glasses, and called the store. Ray said to bring them in to see if they could be repaired. Ray repaired the broken frame and replaced a screw. He was so helpful and courteous! We need more Rays in today’s world! Go visit this store on 124th and Burleigh!! Thanks Ray!!
My new home for glasses, Wisconsin Vision . And my new favorite Optician, Nyla. As a lifelong wearer of glasses, I’m always looking for somewhere that I can shop and find people that understand and are patient and kind. I found this here at Wisconsin Vision.
Stopped in tonite in a bit of a hurry and Ray was more than happy to help me with adjusting my eyeglasses and even added some anti slip pads for me to try. He was a very kind and cool person. Stay easy Ray.
I needed some new glasses. I just didn't know what I wanted and was dreading the process until I came to this Wisconsin Vision location. The staff was all very welcoming everytime I came in there. However, Ray came over to assist me and made looking for glasses so enjoyable. He was patience, he picked glasses that I would not have tried on (which I did look nice in), he was professional, knowledgeable, and funny. If you want an experience similar to mines. Ask for Ray!
