Sebena A. at the Fond du Lac, WI location was very helpful . I've visited a few times and every time the staff was very professional. The optometrist took the time to explain the eye exam and provided my report allowing me to order frames online. UPDATE- Andrea and Carter were very helpful and kind to work with.
