I came in because my glasses were broken. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially one of the male employees who was super nice and welcoming. I really appreciated their kindness. Even though I didn’t buy glasses this time, I’ll definitely consider coming here first next time I need a new pair.
My sunglasses needed to be fixed because they were too wide, I was able to walk in and Kyara fixed them within 5 minutes. It was an overall great experience, they had excellent customer service, and my sunglass fit perfectly!
I stopped in randomly to look for new glasses, and I’m so glad I did! Ruth was absolutely wonderful — kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took her time assisting me, brought out several different frames for me to try, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She even helped me find a discount, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Five stars for Ruth!
