Came in for an eye issue and Dr. Davila was sooo friendly and helpful. She knew right away what the problem was and helped me resolve it quickly. After, Nada was so kind and helped me find some beautiful eyeglasses. Thank you to the amazing staff!
Was having a rough morning and the girls at this location made it very simple! They walked through everything with me, pulled some strings, and provided great service! ******EDITED**** I absolutely adore everything this office has done for me. Great customer service. It sounds trivial but it's not. Salesperson Nada actually listened carefully to what I wanted and searched the inventory for likely matches. I really appreciate her frank assessment of what looked good and what didn't. She also suggested a relevant discount code that knocked quite a bit off the price.
Very friendly and willing to help on non merchandise. The salesperson Isabelle was wonderful!!
