I like the experience from Danielle for the eye exam to Nada to Isabelle the manager. They have been attentive and fun even though I am using insurance for most of it.
Another East Side optician accidentally broke both lens frames when I asked them to update the lenses and replace from a new Rx, in a pair of glasses I has bought from them a couple of years before. They told me they were out of those frames and it would be impossible to find a replacement pair anyplace. All they offered me was a discount from their unsold overstock assortment of overdramatic clown glasses.
