Isabelle and Nada are amazing! I trust their opinion on frames as they will quickly veto the ones that don't fit my face shape. I bought new glasses a few months ago and Isabelle provided incredible customer service. I first needed an adjustment, then different lens, and she was very accommodating-making sure I was happy with the end result. I love my glasses. Today I went back for sunglasses and they helped me once again. They are straightforward and decisive, which gets me in and out quickly.
Great experience at 3rd Ward location! Nada was great.
