The team that saved Christmas! My 8-year old severely twisted his glasses and our insurance benefits wouldn’t reset for another 6 months. I was convinced that we needed to replace them, which meant the budget for his Christmas presents would be spent on new glasses. The team asked if they could give it a try to maneuver them back into place. Based on their condition I was doubtful. The lens popped out of my glasses Friday evening and the tiny screw was lost. Wisconsin Vision Grafton, was open Saturday morning-yay-so I stopped in. They not only fixed the problem but also tightened up and cleaned my glasses. Thank you so much. I will keep Wisconsin Vision in mind when I need new frames.
This was my favorite eye exam and buying new glasses experience maybe ever. Vernette and Dr. Decker were absolutely wonderful. Glasses are expensive, and I really rely upon staff to help me find my best looking choice and best bang for my buck. Special shoutout to Brea for keeping it fun. Huge thank you.
Excellent customer service, fantastic and affordable range of choices for glasses. Clean office and showroom. Brieann helped my tween feel comfortable with her encouraging and kind demeanor. The Optomap eye scan was offered as an alternative choice to eye drop dilation and made my tween feel less nervous. Eye exam was thorough and professional.
