First time in 2016 was great. This year was horrible. None of the employees know how to explain insurance. I told the guy i wanted the same exact as last time for anti glare. He did not tell me that it was no longer $23 it was actually going to cost me $87. I walked out wondering why my bill was $64 dollars more than last year. Went in on Monday to be told something about me not getting my full amount for my frames that my insurance allows to the anti glare I had last time is no longer offered so now i go up a tier to pay 80... read more
