Dr Bird, Danielle and staff are outstanding! They pay close attention to me as a patient. They are knowledgeable about frames and what looks best on me and works best for my current rx. I was given my insurance info and knew immediately what my out of pocket expense was. Thank you WI Vision Green Bay for putting the patient first!
Very great experience as always working with the doctor today and the employees Jennifer and Emily. Everything went very easy and I left feeling very satisfied.
I came to Dr. Bird because I was experiencing double vision and had nearly lost all hope that my sight could be corrected. Dr. Bird was able to research the most appropriate path to fix my vision by placing prism stickers on my glasses. Thanks to him, I am finally able to see one clear image instead of two! After countless bad experiences with Shopko Optical. I finally had enough and chose to go to Wisconsin Vision. They were amazing. Got me in the day of for an exam. Their customer service was amazing, and they saved me $100s of dollars on my contacts. Highly recommend!
