From the moment I walked in, I knew my Odie was in the hands. The staff listened, and were concerned about his well being. The facility is clean and more than I could have asked for. Truly appreciate all of the care and concern we were given. Highly recommended.
Everyone here was incredibly professional and compassionate. My dog was my whole world, he saved me, made my life worth living. They took away his pain, and gave me some more precious time with him. Time I needed to learn how to say goodbye. Dr. Moser was incredible, I will be forever grateful to him and his staff. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
After our dog was fully paralyzed in one rear leg and partially in the other rear leg we were referred to Dr. Moeser. Him and his team impressed us from day one welcoming us into their facility. When Dr. Moeser came in the room to examine our black lab he could see I was in quite distress as our dog was a loved family member. I truly can’t speak more highly of Dr Moeser and his wonderful staff! They were kind and absolutely a true pleasure to work with! Dr Moeser has a keen eye and really tries his all to get to the root of the issue, including identifying other possible areas we need to focus on evaluating even beyond initial concerns. His team kept us fully informed throughout our visit and when our Jin was having his MRI conducted. This gave us a peace of mind and we can’t thank them enough!
