My review is based on an interchange I had with the lab receptionist. My nonprofit wildlife rehabilitation organization had submitted a specimen to the lab a while back. The invoice was sent to one of our sponsoring vet clinics. I called to ask how I might go about paying the fee. Granted, I should have simply looked at the website and found the option to pay online.
