Very nice people to work with.
I’ve worked @ quite a few cnc shops, overall this is probably one of the best, at least within top 5 in the Germantown /Brown Deer area. Management is really responsive and easy to work with. Company provides a really nice lunch every month, not just Dominoes, real nice lunches. Quarterly, Sign on, Referral bonuses are paid out exactly on time, there’s never any issues.
It's a semi decent place to work problem is you got people who expect 200 percent all the time sorry that's called burnout and if you say anything you're in the wrong you're a team but not a team as that sounds paul is a great owner mark is pretty damn good to but again you got some folks there who expect way to much from everyone only human after all not robots go to reason for write ups is well you just don't like change even if there's nothing to change in the SOP Pay does not equal work wanted and one person has zero car... read more
