A year after spending $11000 on a new roof the heating wire quit and we can't get anyone to respond to us. We've been trying for almost a year.
Working in the real estate business it can be very difficult to count on a Building or Roofing professional to come out and assess a roof or property for a very nervous buyer and Casey took extra time to come out to a home in Rapids on very short notice. AMAZING JOB! The roof looks so good and the Velux sun tubes in our bathroom and hallway changed the whole house. We had our roof installed last summer but wanted to wait until the winter to write a review, the roof was a ventilated stone coated steel and supposed to get rid of ice damming which was a big problem before. Well with all the snow and cold this year everyone is talking about how much ice they had on their roof, we have had no problems! The price was affordable and the crew was really clean. Excellent service, explained everything to us about asphalt and metal roofing. Wisconsin Roofing Systems is definitely recommended by us. We put on a metal shake roof instead of asphalt, the cost was really good, not much more than an asphalt roof.
