Was seen July 22, by Mr. Tosi, whose main purpose was to get out of the consulting room ASAP. He wasn't with me even 5 minutes. This practice has no respect for anybody's time (horrendous waiting time), and the ophthalmologist is just mediocre, maybe because he is so eager to leave the room without any delays. The technicians that took my retina photos did not wipe the machine clean. When I pointed this to one of them, he said he already had.
