Had an emergency with my right eye. My regular Optometrist could not identify the problem. He called Dr. Lincoln Shaw and got me in to see him within hours. He was able to help me avoid my eye issue. Fantastic service. Everyone associated with Retina and Vitreous Specialist were great. Thank you. Of course I haven’t received a bill yet.
I was so frightened but they all made me calm. Dr Shaw goes beyond what would be expected. I felt like my son was taking care of me.
Everyone was courteous, seemed to flow in a timely matter. Lots of patients waiting and being called in an efficient manner.
I was greeted when I first walked in and everyone was pleasant and efficient during my appointment. The appointment was pretty quick too.
