Great care very understanding
My first time as a patient, but over the years I took a friend to this office ,for treatment. I can't believe the change. I came in, presented ID and insurance information, and the assessment team started their work in preparation to see Dr. Shaw. Each person I interacted with was so welcoming and professional. Dr. Shaw explained my condition jn easy to understand terms, gave me a timeframe for its eventual healing.Thank-you Dr. Shaw for that reassurance, and thank you to the staff. A wonderful first time experience!
Dr Shaw and the entire support team are exceptional!! Knowledgeable, caring, answered all of my questions, and helped me feel comfortable despite being anxious about my condition.
It was top notch..very polite an attentive.
