They've sent bills directly to collections despite the fact that at the time of the my visits and scans, I had insurance and even asked if all the scans were covered by it. I didn't even receive the original bill, which, again, should've never been sent to me in the first place because I had insurance that they've accepted before! I don't care if Ascension is the closest hospital to me, I'm not going to the St. Mary's ER ever again.

This office offshores its customer service to the farthest possible place on the planet where everyone answering the phone sounds like they're sitting next to a landing helicopter.

I paid my bill but it was still sent to collections where it still sits to this day from 2022. I will never use Ascension or Wisconsin Radiology Specialists ever again. If I ever need these services again I will ask and refuse to have them done by this company. Absolutely disgusted.
