Absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Trinidad. He is very experienced and knows his stuff. I had been receiving DBT for about 8 months with another therapist at another clinic before him which was definitely helping, but once I switched over to Dr. Trinidad to work on my OCD and generalized anxiety, there was a huge shift.
