Would not recommend this agency or Paul. I switched to this agency due to non communication and had the same experience with this one. I don't need to contact them often but when I do it's important and I needed a quote quickly for home owners insurance and could not get in contact with Paul so I went ahead and switched to a completely different insurance company that responds when I need them!
