Max was absolutely excellent. He discovered mold in our apartment unit and was able to send a mold sanitizing mold prevention solution into our entire intake ducts. He absolutely was excellent and left our apartment very clean and perfect!
Excellent work. Sure beat what I had done a few years back. Knowledgeable. Thorough, especially the before and after pictures. They have my highest recommendation.
We had all of our vents cleaned by them in April 2024. Had a great experience; the owner is super kind and Maxwell (who did our vents) was too. Great experience and would recommend. One of the rubber plugs they put in after (where they cut into the hvac venting or whatever it's called) was sagging/coming off and the owner came over right away and fixed it. They were both willing to explain things.
Scheduled appointment. Never showed up, never called to inform us or reschedule. Pretty poor customer service.
Really great experience. They were here on time, explained the process and showed me pictures, and they were great with my nosy dog!
