place is a rip off if you own a dog want 50 dollars more a month plus 500 deposit you are never going to see so that is 600 dollars more a year for a dog. Just to tell everyone alittle bit of this place. There is a new manager there, named Roxanne. She really is nice to your face, but once you sign that lease, she doesn't give a damn about who you are. Another thing to know, when you sign your lease, they also tell you to sign the paper for the transfer of electricity to your name. Then a couple weeks later, the electrical company will contact you, to let you know that you have to drive to Adams Friendship to show a photo ID and to make a deposit of anywhere from $200 to $400 ... read more
In 28 yrs of renting never have wanted to move from a appartment as much as this place.
