While the study itself was adequate- this company required me to pay cash for a service that was authorized. They have since refused to return phone calls, emails and texts. They put their staff in a very poor position to play middle man. Just had my first MRI and they were phenomenal. I was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist and my technician Jeff was professional , kind and informative. Highly recommend.
While the study itself was adequate- this company required me to pay cash for a service that was authorized. They have since refused to return phone calls, emails and texts. They put their staff in a very poor position to play middle man. They are in business to rip off patients.
Scheduling the appointment and having the actual MRI done was a pleasant experience. The problem came when we needed the results. They sent a disc that I dropped at the doctor to be read. Our doctors office didn’t have someone that could read it so they called and asked for the report to be faxed. They had to call multiple times and have them fax to different numbers and still never received them despite being told they were sent.
