I had a great experience at this MRI imaging center. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, even in challenging situations. At one point, I witnessed a female customer being extremely rude to one of the receptionists, and I felt compelled to step in and speak up on her behalf. Then a gentleman seemed upset about having to fill out paperwork in person even though he did it online. My technician was Mary Beth. She was professional, polite and caring. I was worried about being claustrophobic but got through the MRI without issue.
