While the study itself was adequate- this company required me to pay cash for a service that was authorized. They have since refused to return phone calls, emails and texts. They put their staff in a very poor position to play middle man. The service was in July 2024 and my efforts to resolve this issues have gone unanswered The orthopedic surgeon has been notified NOT to send patients to this operation. They are in business to rip off patients.

Scheduling the appointment and having the actual MRI done was a pleasant experience. The problem came when we needed the results. They sent a disc that I dropped at the doctor to be read. Our doctors office didn’t have someone that could read it so they called and asked for the report to be faxed. They had to call multiple times and have them fax to different numbers and still never received them despite being told they were sent. I have not yet been to the facility but someone needs to talk to the person scheduling about her customer service on the phone. I had 3 MRIs scheduled which they initially scheduled on the wrong dates in February, so it was already a hassle that I had to call back to have them update it to the correct dates which were in March. now, something came up and I can't make the appointments, so I called to reschedule. they do not have evening hours and my employer requires a 6 week notice for time off so I was requesting appointmen... read more

slow getting results to the doctor. Was quoted one price to pay and then received a bill in mail that was unexpected and ended up being even more than what they quoted me. very disappointed. They took my insurance information prior as well.
