IPDATE- this review prompted a response but then, NOTHING. I still have not been reimbursed. Do NOT use this service if you have insurance. While the study itself was adequate- this company required me to pay cash for a service that was authorized. They have since refused to return phone calls, emails and texts. They put their staff in a very poor position to play middle man. Just had my first MRI and they were phenomenal. I was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist and my technician Jeff was professional , kind and informative. Highly recommend.
