Just got my device removed and had an amazing experience! I changed it from a recalibration to a removal 10 minutes before my appointment. My technician Dom rolled with the change in plans and had me out in like 15 minutes. He was amazing!
Having to have an IDD installed and the cost to maintain is hard enough. However, Wisconsin Ignition relieved some of the stress and embarrassment with no judgment. Staff was very straightforward and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

This place was a fricken JOKE!! The guy didn't install rite away n was dinking around. My sister's interlock wasn't there n the guy blew a fuse in her car so he had 2 order a part so her car was there over night there at so called shop. There were other things tht were bullshit!!
Nobody likes dealing with these damn breathalyzer machines, but if you have to this is the place to do it. Made the year long sentence not so bad. The new guy working in the shop has really made it nice in there and is super knowledgeable and quick.
