Device is and has been faulty from the start. Recommended to get it serviced but same issues consistently occur. Just had it installed less than a month ago and have 11 months of living hell left. Please consider having this device taken out of your services. Customers please beware
Just got my device removed and had an amazing experience! I changed it from a recalibration to a removal 10 minutes before my appointment. My technician Dom rolled with the change in plans and had me out in like 15 minutes. He was amazing!
Having to have an IDD installed and the cost to maintain is hard enough. However, Wisconsin Ignition relieved some of the stress and embarrassment with no judgment. Staff was very straightforward and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
