Nobody likes dealing with these damn breathalyzer machines, but if you have to this is the place to do it. Made the year long sentence not so bad. The new guy working in the shop has really made it nice in there and is super knowledgeable and quick.
These situations can easily leave you feeling lost and helpless. The customer service from Dominick and Donna was outstanding. They were both incredibly polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to alleviate stress where possible. Dominick obviously respects and loves cars, and it shows in his work. The pricing and pay structure seemed fair and easier than many other companies as well. If you find yourself in this kind of situation, I would recommend them 100%.
Great location to go to for interlock service. I really appreciate all the help I got from Dominic, Jasmine, and Tiny. Their a great bunch of people and I wish them well in life. Thank you for your dedication and service that you provided me.
I just went in for my re-calibration. The new technician they hired (Dominic) was super respectful and friendly. I've been sober for over 3 years now and have had a device for over two. They are lucky to have found such a good tech. Thanks Dom
This cheapest and worst customer care. Interlock devices are absolute garbage. Leaving one stranded because THEIR interlock is always faulty claiming one fails the test… customer care could care less. DO BETTER AT ASSISTING PEOPLE. Fix your cheaply made devices.
