Went in about 4 times in a week because there was something wrong with the device. The tech (Jeff) never hestitated to check it out until he figured out what was wrong with the device. Great job on his side!
Went in to get my breathalyzer recalibrated. Arrived 10 min earlier than what I was scheduled for at 4pm. Everything went fine till I had to pay, I had to transfer money because I wasn’t notified BEFOREHAND on the amount. I did have enough cash on hand but he said he didn’t accept cash. Bad service, no internet to connect to. He was not being understanding about my situation. Interlock was NOT WORKING! Had to send out a Service Person, I Should NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR IT!!!!! It was an EQUIPMENT FAILURE!!!!! But yet I was charged by your Company! The technician even filled out the paperwork stating that it was EQUIPMENT FAILURE! ROBBERY BY YOUR COMPANY!!!! SAME AS WHEN YOU TOOK THE MACHINE OUT OF MY TRUCK!!!!
