Ed and Christy were helpful, informative, and very professional. The saying "treat people the way you would like to be treated" applies to them both. They were friendly, honest, and accomodating. I would highly recommend them!!!

Purchased our home 3 years ago. Missed numerous things. The most major miss was that the roof (including the garage roof) had been leaking and does/did leak. Missed a massive squirrel infestation that has cost us thousands. Cracked bathtub that caused water damage was not noticed. Foundational rot was not noticed. We thought having an inspection would protect us from things like this, and while I have no doubt some responsibility lies elsewhere, I would have hoped for a more thorough job. Our experience with Ed was fantastic and worth taking the time to write a review about. His thoroughness and level of professionalism left an impression on me, and I am very grateful! We had our inspection report within minutes, and felt that we were dealing with someone who not only had a high level of expertise, but was a very warm and kind person as well. Thank you, Ed. We will think of calling no one else when we need an inspection in the future.

I tell you what, if you need a home inspection done anywhere around Baraboo or the Dells, call these folks. Both Christy and Ed are super great at what they do. They obviously take great pride and will go the extra mile for you. Hats off to both of them!
