Ed and Christy were helpful, informative, and very professional. The saying "treat people the way you would like to be treated" applies to them both. They were friendly, honest, and accomodating. I would highly recommend them!!!

Purchased our home 3 years ago. Missed numerous things. The most major miss was that the roof (including the garage roof) had been leaking and does/did leak. Missed a massive squirrel infestation that has cost us thousands. Cracked bathtub that caused water damage was not noticed. Foundational rot was not noticed. We thought having an inspection would protect us from things like this, and while I have no doubt some responsibility lies elsewhere, I would have hoped for a more thorough job.
