First store location says portage. Not it's in Wisconsin Dells. Do not use this company. Insurance may have sent us here, but to give a person the hearing aids that don't work after one week and tried to call and made an appt through his own scheduling online when he was available. For him to not show up, yet he was there one hour before with a hearing aid specialist sales guy. He wants to sell the hearing aids bill the insurance and leave patients in the dark! UPDATE- Last year, my overall experience was not a good one - but it wasn't about Dennis, his qualifications, or his expertise. It had more to do about the unforseen issues of home visits and customer service when a provider is not local, plus my insurance mandated usingTruhearing, which was another problem with corporate issues and customer service from Truhearing. Picked up hearing aids 2/21/24. Very little instruction. Dennis set up home visit for 4/5. He did not show up for the appointment. I've called several times. Always get his answering service. He has never returned my calls. Can't believe he's still in business.
