I was evaluated in January, 2025 by Wisconsin Hearing Aids and found to need hearing aids. The evaluation was comprehensive and the results were conveyed clearly and immediately. I found Dr. Kloss to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful while negotiating the business and personal sides of acquiring hearing aids. Very professional getting to the point of hearing aid recommendation. Willing to answer all my questions (I had a list) with patience when getting the hearing aids. When they didn’t know the answer for me, took time while we were meeting to call their resources while we were to get information, answers Took more time than I believe they had planned, but they made sure my questions were answered, that processes were clear and didn’t make me feel as if it was an issue.
VERY HAPPY! HAD HEARING AID THAT DIDN'T WORK. THEY FIXED IT WITHIN TEN MINUTES. CHECKED WITH A LOT OF OTHER BUSINESSES AND EVERYONE WANTS TO SELL YOU A NEW ONE. NICE PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Needed new hearing aids and Dr Kloss was great in explaining my options and arranging for new aids, audio testing and actual fitting. I know going to an audiologist is a more expensive route these days, but I value the quality service and ongoing support. Highly recommended.
