Everyone I encountered were pleasant and knowledgeable. My hearing aid had to be sent off but I am thankful that they were able to get me in as I have never been to them before and had purchased my hearing aids at my previous audiologist office

Dr. Kloss is a breath of fresh air. He actually cares about his patients unlike the rest of the medical community that treats you like a number and will only issue treatments based on what insurance companies feel like paying for. Dr. Kloss is very thorough and if he detects an issue, he will address it immediately. I got tired of waiting months for an appointment with a big Madison area health care provider (i’m sure you can guess which one)to get new hearing aids. From the time I thought of going somewhere else, to getting an appointment, to picking up my new hearing aids, it was only five weeks. My audiologist at Wisconsin Hearing Aids was great, my test was what I expected, my insurance was accepted.
