Dr. Kloss is a breath of fresh air. He actually cares about his patients unlike the rest of the medical community that treats you like a number and will only issue treatments based on what insurance companies feel like paying for. I got tired of waiting months for an appointment with a big Madison area health care provider (i’m sure you can guess which one)to get new hearing aids. From the time I thought of going somewhere else, to getting an appointment, to picking up my new hearing aids, it was only five weeks. My audiologist at Wisconsin Hearing Aids was great, my test was what I expected, my insurance was accepted.
You won’t be disappointed purchasing hearing aids from this business. My experience working with Dr. Kloss and his staff was A+. Dr. Kloss is a doctor of Audiology, a warm and engaging professional and is educated in all the new technology regarding hearing aids. He explained everything I needed to know in detail. I was evaluated in January, 2025 by Wisconsin Hearing Aids and found to need hearing aids. The evaluation was comprehensive and the results were conveyed clearly and immediately. I found Dr. Kloss to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful while negotiating the business and personal sides of acquiring hearing aids.
