I was abandoned by my provider after one missed appointment, even though their policy states that you'll be dismissed after 3 missed appointments. I was called as I missed the appointment, but I was in another appointment, so I listened to the voice mail as soon as I got home. The voice mail said to call and reschedule. I have called the number I was given many times, left many voice mails, sent several emails. The voice mail also said that I was sent a text with a link to the appointment the night before. Absolutely unprofessional! I called two of the numbers to find out what time my appointment was at today and nobody had answered either phone! They finally just picked up now and said my appointment was supposed to be at 1 today and the front desk guy started arguing with me and making up excuses and telling me last minute about some number I was supposed to call when he never told me that before when I had to keep rescheduling my appointments last week when the polar vortex was going on.

I appreciate the staff talking to me and telling me what the deal was. I have to learn not to go off emotions. I love that its family owned and run. I apologize sincerely to the staff about the first bad review
