My daughter attended WEAP from 3 years old until she graduated at 6. I am extremely particular about who has access to her and extremely involved in her treatment plans. WEAP was amazing with our family the entire time she was in the program. My daughter progressed so much from while in ABA from potty training, to finding her voice, using calming techniques, following verbalized safety ques, sorting, matching, and the list goes on. There are not enough words to express the amount of gratitude I have for this organization. They have changed not only my child's life but also mine, with gaining a better understanding and way of teaching, thinking and learning. I highly recommend WEAP, my daughter loved all of her techs. My daughter went for 2 1/2 years and didn't talk much and did parallel play with peers. When she started half day 4K she didn't really interact with her classmates. After the last few months at WEAP before she graduated she progressed so well with social interactions and her speech has improved thanks to WEAP.
not sure what all the bad reviews are about. we’ve had a very positive experience here. my kiddo has definitely been making a lot of progress very quickly since attending. their communication has been great and they definitely involve parents in what goals they have for their child. my baby really enjoys coming here.
Worked there for a few months. Horrible experience. Everything that I was promised and had sold to me, never came to fruition. Didn’t get hours, didn’t qualify for insurance OR PTO( due to purposely keeping me under full time hours), did not have the support system as promised. Very disingenuous,cold hearted staff.
