The first thing you need to know is Maps sends you to the wrong address. The business has moved to 4570 S. 27th St., which is about 2 minutes away from the Google location. Search by that address instead of the business name to get to the lab. Second, I had a perfectly pleasant time. The interior looks a little old but is clean. The front desk person was pleasant. This phlebotomist needs a lesson in efficiency and courtesy. Seems she is unable to do more than one thing at a time and only in her direction .....one way. Should not be working ALONE! Wouldn't give one star but couldn't leave a review without choosing at least one.
