Don’t miss a chance to drop in here if you are anywhere near New Berlin. I travel for work and likely hit up 30-40 CrossFit gyms a year, this place is easily in the top 10%. Outstanding pacing and coaching both in the skills portion and in the workout. We had a big class and coach Jill did a terrific job of ensuring everyone got a perfect stimulus for their skill and conditioning level. These are the kind of gyms that enable CrossFit to deliver the type of results it is capable of, love to see it!
Amazing CrossFit box! In town for the weekend and dropped in for a class. Excellent coaching, great class atmosphere, and clean equipment. Exactly what a CrossFit class should be! If I’m ever back in town I will absolutely come back.
