This was my first time meeting doctor Cross. He was amazing. He was very polite and nice. He seemed to genuinely care about my health issues. He took the time to explain things to me and made sure that I understood everything. I looked forward to continue working with him in hopes that we can get to the exact cause of my issues. And come up with a treatment plan to resolve my issues.
Friendly staff and Dr Cross was very informative.
Such a nice doctor! He took his time with me. It sure is rare to see a personable doctor who is nice and takes his time!!!!! He may need to teach a class in med schools all over Richmond Va.!!!!!!
