I always get great communication, and they are my default choice for anything electrical I need done.
I was suddenly without power, and Consumers told me I was getting power from them to my house and to call an electrician. Luckily a friend had recommended Keith at Wireworks. Within 15 minutes of my phone call, Keith was at my house and was able to determine I was only getting half the power. Keith calmly reassured me everything would be okay. He called Consumers for me.
