I scheduled a date and time for an AC maintenance, verified the date and time with a real person, and was later called saying they don't a technician to come out to do the job. They were blaming AI who originally scheduled the appointment. If you are going to use technology as part of your business then use it appropriately and if it's not working for you, THEN STOP USING IT!!!
The work they did is failing, I won’t use this company again.

The service is excellent. They explained everything as they went along, explained how the tools the tools they use work and what they do. We had a Kevlar liner installed in our sewer line going from our house to the street installed (a better option than replacing the entire line since it hadn't failed completely). The liner has a 100 year guarantee against tree roots and failure. The guys did an awesome job installing it in one day and replaced the landscaping perfectly. Can't recommend them enough!
