Brian was incredible to work with because he helped me with issues on my phone With some of the problems I’ve been having with the only 85% battery life, The phone feeling hot when I use it and recharge it frightened me!!! Brian told me about an offer Verizon had to get a new phone. As we discussed the offer I decided that was the way to go.
