Everyone at this store was very helpful and polite. Brock and Alex were exceptional. Not only did they go over everything and try to find the best deal for me and my situation, they completely set up my new phone and transferred all the data from my old phone over to my new one for me! There was nothing that I had to do, it was all ready when I walked out the door. I was very happy with their service and knowledge at this store. This is my go to store for anything Verizon.
Brian knew what my problem was with my iPhone 13 before I even to him what kind of phone I had. When I mentioned SIM unavailable, he was very helpful in giving me my options!! Would highly recommend he was also helping his employees at the same time which is awesome
