We switched our AT&T service to prepaid and saved $70 per month with the same network. They were able to find me a battery for my husbands phone Samsung S5 instead of buying a new phone. they also fixed my gmail account and my voicemail was forwarding to some other number and were able to figure out when AT&T could not.
