Spent a ton of time there Friday. Replacement phone was to arrive Saturday which it did not because the employee did not do his job and finish the transaction. Now it doesn’t arrive until Tuesday. And what do we get nothing ... except four days with out a stupid phone.

Last week went in to get my husband an Apple Watch and payed my bill they had to order the watch cause the didn’t have any in stock come on your a retailer should have plenty in stock. Went to pick up watch today and I got told well you can’t have it till you pay your bill again this is crap sorry Verizon you might have just lost a customer over this ya I know I’m just one in thousands but that’s horrible customer service
